Quantum Break fans devastated as game set to leave Xbox Game Pass with no return date in sight

Quantum Break is the latest Xbox exclusive that is set to leave Xbox Game Pass, and it’s not coming back anytime soon. Developed by Remedy Entertainment and published by Microsoft Studios, Quantum Break has been one of the most popular titles on Xbox One since its release in 2016. Although it wasn’t the biggest hit, it was generally well-received by fans and critics, and it stood out among a small number of exclusives available to Xbox One players at the time.

Xbox Game Pass has been a great platform for those looking for popular games, and generally titles from Xbox Game Studios have not left the platform for the foreseeable future. Quantum Break was published by Microsoft Studios, but as it wasn’t developed by one of Xbox Game Studios’ teams, it seems that Xbox had to license the title from Remedy in order to bring it to Game Pass. Hence, Quantum Break leaving Game Pass is surprising.

In addition to Quantum Break, Game Pass subscribers are also set to lose seven more video games shortly. These include Life is Strange: True Colors and Rainbow Six Extraction, as well as some other notable games. While Microsoft has not released a comprehensive list of games that will be coming to Game Pass in April, more information should become available soon.

Below is the list of games that will soon leave Xbox Game Pass:

  • Quantum Break
  • The Riftbreaker
  • Moonglow Bay
  • Rainbow Six Extraction
  • The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos
  • Life is Strange: True Colors
  • The Long Dark
  • Panzer Corps 2 (PC Only)
