Dark Point Games has announced the release of action RPG Achilles: Legends Untold to major gaming consoles, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in Q3 2023. Aside from the full launch on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, the game is also currently available in early access on PC.
The company CEO, Pawel Waszak, said in a press release that the simultaneous release will allow the developers to add more variety and enrichment to the gameplay. The feedback gathered will make it possible to tailor the game to the needs and expectations of the players, who will be able to enjoy the game on their preferred platforms.
According to Waszak, the developers have more features and content to share with fans. The team plans to release two major updates that will include new large maps, bosses, mini-bosses, enemies, achievements, storyline development, redesigned co-op gameplay, a character development system, GAIA actions, and more. This content will help to immerse players further in the world of Achilles: Legends Untold, resulting in around 20 to 30 hours of gameplay time, excluding the New Game+ mode.
Achilles: Legends Untold is set in a world inspired by ancient Greek mythology and features an innovative Group AI Action (GAIA) system. Gamers play as Achilles, who must battle against great warriors and giant mythological creatures in a centuries-long conflict between gods and people.
